CRKT started with the custom Rolox® concept and let Allen Elishewitz work his magic. And you can see the magic happen, thanks to translucent scales. Since the original Rolox® was invented in 1975, it has been an expensive cult knife that attracted an enthusiastic following. Unfortunately, production was very limited. After reaching an agreement with Rolox to manufacture the concept as a true production knife, we asked brilliant young Texas custom knifemaker Allen Elishewitz to redesign the original classic. The result is a production knife that has the smoothest Rolox action ever, with an entirely new look, and a price that can put it in any pocket or purse.
  
CRKT Rollock Black Part Serrated. 3 1/2" closed "Sliding Folder". AUS-6M stainless partially serrated blade. Translucent black polycarbonate handles with stainless pocket clip. Unique opening and closing system. To open, press the base of the blade and slide the blade open. To close, press the blade lock, let the blade slide back, and pull back until it locks closed. A strong spring keeps the blade closed.

Our new Rollock proves several things. First, that a great folding knife doesn’t have to fold, and second, that owning a precision tool doesn’t require taking out a second mortgage.
