The performance of modern LED technology is very impressive - with just a 1
watt Luxeon LED, an output of 35 lumens is reached using minimal energy (battery
power) either with one single 3V Lithium battery or with two regular AA batteries.
The body is made of hard
coat anodized airplane aluminum. The tail cap switch can be used for both constant
light and momentary light, and the o-ring seal keeps moisture and dirt out.
The black coated stainless steel clip keeps it close at hand.
